Summer Inspiration! Latest crafting magazines in stock now

Whether you are lying out in the sun or snuggled up avoiding the drizzly rain a good craft magazine is just visual bliss for crafting inspiration.  So many ideas can be gained from the internet but to me nothing beats the quality or feeling of a solid magazine of ideas.

Here are the latest crafting magazines in store right now:

In every quarterly issue of Art Journaling, artists open their journals and share creative techniques for capturing their emotions. From stamping and collage art to painting and sketching, each journal is filled with innovative techniques that you'll want to try in your own art journal. Detailed photos and commentary will help you discover your journaling style, with hints and tricks for creating a stand-out page.

The winter issue of Belle Armoire Jewelry contains innovative ideas to keep you crafting all season long! In "The Art of Presentation," Ruth Rae shares her method for delicately encasing her pieces – on top of tiny sewn pillows. We are happy to have Kristen Robinson display her elegant designer collection, and many other talented jewelry artists demonstrate fascinating techniques with fibers, resin, wire wrapping, metal work, and more. Pick up this unforgettable issue, and prepare to be inspired.

Each issue of Somerset Life provides an abundance of inspiring ideas to infuse our daily lives with simple pleasures, art, romance, creativity and beauty. Stunning photography and insightful and entertaining articles illustrate touching moments captured in poetry and artwork, unique ways to present gifts and treasured items, simple but beautiful remembrances, fresh ideas to elevate the art of letter writing, and many other imaginative ideas to enhance our lives with artful elements. Somerset Life will inspire you to make every day extraordinary

Prims exclusively features art inspired by a bygone era. You will find artwork of primitive, folk, historic, and early Americana style artists that will captivate the imagination and enchant with their simple beauty. The traditional beauty of handcrafted art making includes dolls, paintings and mixed-media artwork, along with teddy bears in Stampington & Company's unique publication.

Welcome to a magical place of inspiration... Paper crafting, art stamping and the lettering arts are elevated to an artistic level in Somerset Studio! Come join in the celebration of these popular handcrafting styles, and learn from fellow artists working with exotic papers, intriguing art stamps and fine calligraphy.

A crocheted bird ... a felt monster ... a cat made from an old sweater ... so many different materials can be used to create the loveable and huggable creatures known as “softies.” Stuffed: A Gathering of Softies celebrates these uniquely whimsical characters through page after page of gorgeous photos, easy-to-understand tips and techniques and an endless amount of inspiration. Veteran softie artists and new fans alike will enjoy this playful look at stuffed creatures of all shapes, sizes, colors, and materials.

Now is a great time to check the new issues as well as a huge selection of ON SALE back issues and pre-loved magazines.
Have a great week!
