Teresa Collins Bebe Card Instructions

1. Trim the Name/Date block with scissors.
2. Mat your photo with white cardstock and then mount onto blue cardstock.
3. Fold the large piece of smooth white card to create a folded card. Adhere the matted photo and name block to your folded card.
4. Cut and adhere ribbon border strips of measuring tape paper and bebe paper to your card.
5. Tie knots in your ribbon and attach baby pins through the knots. Adhere the ribbon as borders to your card.
