New magazines, Thursday scrapbooking and more!
Hi everyone,
It is back to a bit of routine for those of us with school aged children. As you can see from the photo above the School Holiday Program participants had a very productive and fun time creating scrapbook layouts (and at other classes, off the page projects). Thank you to everyone who came along and made it such a success! This week we have our regular favourite activities that you are invited to attend. Thursday night is always a goodie in the store with the Scrapbooking Techniques with Tracy workshop,Crop Night and this week, Altered Book Club. If you are interested in Altered Book Club (or curious about Artist Trading Cards/Art Journals - the more recent term Smash Books) ask for me (Kathleen) in store and I will be happy to talk to you about our fun meetings and upcoming classes. Recently we have maxed out our numbers at Altered Book Club but there may be spaces to join in for next month. Our latest shipment of Magazines has just arrived including new Scrapbook Trends. Scrapbooking Techniques with Tracy
Date: Thursday 19th July at 7pm and Monday 23rd July at 10am Class fee: $25 which includes materials Please bring: Photos, your basic kit and adhesives A lovely layout of Kayla, Tracy's daughter on her ball night. I love the combination of natural vintage papers and the richness of the plum and glitter. This layout would suit any formal or special occasion photo and title adapted to suit your photos. We also have the convenient option of keeping a running tab during the night should you wish to purchase from the store for your project. Suitable for beginners and experienced scrapbookers. |
