Take home project - further pictures

Hi Everyone,
This cute tag book was our Take-home Project for our latest event, Product Preview: Fancy Pants "Clearly it's good to be Fancy!"

Each kit came with a cover photo and instructions but as promised here are the inner pages to help you assemble it at home. For those not at our event we did make some additional packs which are available for purchase at the store now and will be uploaded to our website for internet purchase on Tuesday. Kits for the Product Preview Layout and Wine Glass Charms are also available.

I am posting the instructions here too in case you wish to use as inspiration for your own tag book creation. Enjoy!
~Kathleen

Take home project: Dapper Tag Book

1. Working from the top of the book down, take your paper flower and button and stitch onto the transparency so it aligns with the top of the stamped image. Set aside.

2. Adhere the paisley paper to one of the chipboard tags for the cover. On the reverse side slice the striped pattern horizontally then flip the bottom half to reveal the purple side and adhere to your chipboard tag.

3. Ink around the edge of your covered chipboard tag with black ink.

4. Ink around the edge of your single medium tag with black ink. Attach to the bottom right corner of your covered chipboard tag leaving the bottom half hanging free, fold the free edge around to the reverse of the tag and adhere. Insert a small brad into the hole of the tag and secure. Tie a ribbon around the front cover and set aside.

5. Arrange your Bazzill cardstock tags in your desired colour order and set aside.

6. Adhere the purple patterned paper to the back of the other chipboard tag.

7. Cut your remaining patterned paper horizontally and flip the bottom half to reveal the paisley side and adhere. Adhere the top half to show the blue side. Ink around the edge of the chipboard back cover with black ink.

8. Apply ink around the remaining two mini tags. Tie ribbon through the tag holes and adhere to the inside of the back cover.

9. Assemble all pieces in order and thread with the silver book ring. Tie ribbon and fibres to the book ring to complete.
