Further to our Product Preview: SEI "The Tourist Boxes!" report here are the Take Home Project layout and picture instructions.
At our Product Previews we like to include a Take Home Project for our participants. This week Mum (Linda) made a lovely bright page that would suit almost any theme. We did make just a few extra so if you would like to purchase a kit we have them available in store .
Happy Flower Layout
- Trim 1cm off the top and one side of your peach cardstock then aligning it in the middle of your black cardstock adhere so it leaves a 1/2cm black border the whole way around.
- Arrange your three velvet paper flowers onto your layout according to the above picture. Pierce a hole through the center of the flowers and right through the card. Fasten the flowers to your layout using the corresponding coloured velvet brads.
- Using a black journaling pen, rule lines from the flower to the bottom edge of the layout to create stems.
- Mount your photos onto the photo mats and then both photos onto the larger black photo mat which can then be adhered to your layout.
- Adhere the die-cut title to the lower left portion of the layout.
- Poke two small holes, one each side of a stem and thread with ribbon tieing a knot at the front.
- Add journaling to your layout and your page is complete!
